Cancellation Policy

At Soho Salon Denton, we deeply appreciate your patronage and value your time, as well as ours. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

At Soho Salon Denton, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your scheduled appointment. To ensure a seamless experience for our valued guests and team members, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any adjustments to your booked appointment.

Cancellations made after this 24-hour period may be subject to a 30% non-refundable rebook fee, which will be applied to your next appointment and deducted from the total service expense. Late cancellations and missed appointments create scheduling gaps that are challenging to fill without adequate notice. Your cooperation in providing timely notice not only benefits our stylists but also ensures availability for you and fellow salon guests. Please note that Soho Salon Denton reserves the right to cancel or refuse any appointments.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

For appointments lasting two hours or longer (e.g., Corrective color, Brazilian Blowouts, services on long/thick hair, etc.), a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied to the services on the day of your appointment. In case of cancellation for these extended appointment blocks, a full deposit refund is possible with a 72-hour notice.

RETURN POLICY

While Soho Salon Denton does not issue refunds on salon services, we are committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your haircut or color service, please reach out to the salon within 7 days of your original appointment. We will gladly make any necessary adjustments at no additional cost to you.
